DisArTY is a project which involves partners from Italy, Greece, Philippines and Mexico. Therefore this is a project on an international scale and involves Organisations from different continents. Overall the aim is to increase sustainable tourism through the idea of Community Based Tourism which in turn should reduce unemployment and the affect of mass tourism on local communities.

The RAS Foundation is a non-profit Italian cultural organisation which was founded in Washington DC in 2002, by the initiative of the University of Maryland, as a cooperative project in the field of cultural heritage, born under the international treaty that links the United States and Italy. The “Restoring Ancient Stabiae” project aims to build an Archaeological Park of almost sixty hectares on the site of ancient Stabiae (a city buried with Pompeii and Ercolano by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD). The Foundation bases its activities on the belief that cultural heritage belongs to the whole world and sees archaeology as an opportunity to meet and exchange experiences with different cultures.

Action Synergy is an organisation that provides e-learning to a wide spectrum of individuals and groups. The organisation is made up of a skilled team who use their knowledge to help with national and international campaigns and projects. Action Synergy from Greece is expert in the development and implementation of e-learning courses as well as in the creation of synergies between organisations working in various fields. It is also expert in the organisation of international mobility. At S-Fest, Action Synergy (EL) will bring in expertise in the field of setting up and e-learning course.

The Pegasus Telematic University is often simply abbreviated as “Unipegaso” is a private university founded in 2006 in Naples, Italy. Pegasus Telematic university is a high profile training institution in the field of tourism. Among Pegasus nine degree programs, “Tourism Sciences” bachelor course aims to produce graduates with high skills and appropriate tools to operate in the field of tourism, with specific reference to the enhancement of cultural and sustainable tourism. The University has representatives which have researched the issue of youth unemployment and they have looked into local development on the basis of tourism in different locations. The research concluded that different countries that have a similar issue with unemployment all have different ways in how they deal with it. Overall it is paramount that there is a discussion between these countries about how they could promote employment opportunities for young people. At S-Fest, Pegaso University (IT) will bring in the consortium academic expertise related with issues relative to sustainable development.

International Initiatives for Cooperation-Mexico, founded on 15 October 2015.
Their mission is to contribute to social and cultural development through the participation of citizens.
Their main vision is the involvement of the different actors of civil society, particularly young people and people with difficulties in their personal development, in projects oriented in learning and skills acquisition through the implementation of processes of non-formal education, the exchanges of experience and intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and fosters intergenerational understanding.

BTG Philippines is a non-governmental, non-profit, youth-led organization that highlights the chief role the youth plays in mobilizing disadvantaged communities, while enabling itself in the process to grow as a more responsible and engaging component of local and international societies by using its skills, knowledge, and advocacies in the organization’s four thematic pillars namely (1) education, (2) environmental sustainability, (3) microfinance and entrepreneurship, and (4) culture and heritage. The organization believes in common interests and responsibilities among these pillars and develops overlapping programs that can potentially offer more holistic solutions to identified problems. Ultimately, volunteerism, effective networking, and youth involvement remain as core values the organization stands for, allowing it to catalyze positive social growth within its agenda.
